Anea 3D body scanner Video Collection
This part: History of 3D body scanners (Part 2)
In this video, we take a look at the history of 3D body scanners.
we reviewed the history of 3D body scanners from 1990 to 2010 In the previous section
and In this section, we will review the 4D scan (3D in motion) – 2018
also review the history of Anea’s 3D body scanner. 2016 – 2021
Finally, we will predict the development of 3D body scanners in the future.

History of body scanners
4D scanners (3D scanning with motion)
Until now, all data has been static, and no 3D scanning with motion, but this technology has just been introduced.
Three-dimensional scanning of the full body with multiple cameras and an LED light is done in a stereo photographic process and obtains data quickly.
This type of scanner allows the movement of the body to be recorded in 3D with motion. This type of scanner is pricey.
History of Anea 3D body scanner
The initial spark for Anea’s 3D body scanner production was ignited in 2016 by Rahkarhaye sanati Sarang Company.
The scanner initially offered a three-dimensional model of the body, dimensions and size of different parts, the shape of various parts, and the percentage of fat.
Over time, Anea’s R&D team gradually added muscle percentage, body water percentage ,skeletal shape, etc., to the scanner.
Fortunately, Anea Scanner was well received by sports, sports and medical centers, clubs and centers in health and fitness, nutrition science, diagnosis and treatment of skeletal abnormalities.
With the advancement of science and technology, Anea, relying on modern science and technology, will launch scanners tailored to the needs of society for a variety of applications.
Predict the future development of 3D body scanners
The process of producing 3D body scanners in the future will be such that anthropometric studies with recent developments and cheaper and more flexible methods for creating 3D models of the body can be done.
Several technologies are being introduced, introducing and improving infrared-based scanning and computational methods that interactively create 3D models of data generated as the sensor moves around the body. It turns handheld scanners into 3D body scanners.
Direct comparisons of measurements are made by scanners using infrared light, and scanners based on laser technology promise positive changes in new technologies.
It is challenging to know which scanner will ultimately be successful in the market at this early stage, but the structured sensor designed to connect to the iPad is now widespread.
In general, more studies are needed to validate and compare data from new technologies with measurement systems.
Once further researches determine the usefulness of these technologies, there is the potential for anthropometric studies to undergo fundamental changes in all relevant areas and to define new standards.
